Daily Focus is currently operated by its creator and is available in early access. Features and functionality may change as we continue to improve the Service.

2. What the Service does

Daily Focus is a personal productivity tool that helps you organise your daily priorities, mark tasks as complete, and maintain a daily completion streak. The Service is designed to help you stay organised and focused on your daily work. It is not intended to replace professional project management software, business planning, therapy, medical advice, or other professional services. Any insights, statistics, or streaks shown by the Service are provided for informational purposes only and are intended solely for your personal reference.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all tasks, priorities, notes, and other content you create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. We process your data only to provide and improve the Service. You may permanently delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Daily Focus is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, especially during this early access period.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daily Focus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is currently provided free of charge.

8. Pricing

Daily Focus is currently free to use during early access. If paid plans are introduced in the future, existing users will be notified in advance, and any pricing changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.

9. Account deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time through the Settings page within the Service. For information about how your personal data is handled following account deletion, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of Daily Focus after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
