How does the streak work?Your streak increases by 1 each day you complete all 3 daily priorities. If a full day passes without completing all three priorities, your current streak resets to 0. But your longest streak is always preserved.
Can I edit my priorities after setting them?Yes. You can edit your priorities until you've completed all three for the day. Once all three priorities are marked as complete, that day's progress is locked to preserve the accuracy of your history and streak.
I didn't receive a password reset email?Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven't received the email after a few minutes, contact us using the email address above and we'll be happy to help.
How do I delete my account?You can permanently delete your account from Settings within the Service. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. For more information about how your personal data is handled after deletion, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Is Daily Focus free?Yes. Daily Focus is currently free to use during its early access period. If paid plans are introduced in the future, we'll notify users in advance.
Is my data private?Yes. Your data is used only to provide the Service. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing purposes. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
How quickly will I receive a response?We aim to respond to support requests as soon as reasonably possible. While response times may vary, we typically respond within 48 hours.
Does Daily Focus support other timezones?Daily Focus currently supports the IST timezone - Full support for additional timezones is planned.
